Sit back in a chair with your legs placed hip width apart. Place a soft medium sized squashy ball, cushion or pillow in-between your knees. Squeeze your front pelvic floor as if you are trying to stop urine. At the same time, squeeze your knees together whilst pulling your tummy muscles in and up. I often get asked "How many times a day should I do the pelvic floor exercises?" The answer - The more you do these, the better control you will have.
