Postnatal fitness

This week I was really pleased to meet Melissa Gaul., a personal trainer who specialises in postnatal fitness in the Walthamstow area. Like me, she understands how important it is for Mum's to get back into shape and to restore their strength after having a baby.

As a Mum to a 3 year and a 6 week old, she loves to practice what she teaches! She runs various classes in the local area, indoors and out in the fresh air, which allows Mums to exercise with their little ones with their prams. The classes are specifically to help lose the pregnancy weight and to help regain the use of the core and pelvic muscles along with a general toning and relaxing fitness workout.

What a great and fun way to get back into shape!
