Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy is one of the most demanding times in a woman's life and there is no better time to help relieve the stress and strains by treating yourself to a relaxing and rejuvenating massage.Pregnancy and the birthing process can cause major changes in your body's shape and function. Increases in weight, hormonal changes and postural adjustments can cause dramatic and often uncomfortable side effects to your body. Massage counterbalances these effects by relaxing you and improving your mood which is of benefit to you and your unborn child.

Post Natal Massage is essential to help alleviate any aches and pains and to address any minor postural changes that may have occurred during the pregnancy process that are causing you pain and discomfort. The remedial aspect of massage can also help re-correct any long-term muscular imbalances that may lead to problems in the future.
The techniques I use during Pre and Post Natal Massage are individually tailored to the clients needs. Positioning on the massage couch and client care are essential to ensure the client is safe, relaxed and comfortable during their treatment.
Benefits of Prenatal and Postnatal Massage:
- Aides relaxation and reduces stress
- Eases backache, shoulder tension and neck pain caused by postural changes
